Meet Una

My name is Una O’Dwyer and I am ‘The Butcher’s
Daughter’. There were four of us growing up, four
sisters and from a young age, we watched our
father skillfully crafting meats for our family and
friends. He opened the one-man butcher shop in
Cashel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland in 1973.

As a single farmer and master craftsman he had
all the know-how to source the best meat and
create the most delicious produce. Before long, his
secret recipe, signature sausages, were drawing
in many of the locals.


As a Master Butcher, the provenance of the meat
is the secret to creating a truly unique and
thoroughly delicious sausage or pudding. All of my
hand-crafted produce is made with premium Irish
meat from trusted Irish farmers.

From my father’s original sausage recipe to
my celebrated and awarded gourmet range,
every juicy mouthful is 100% Irish and made
with 100% Bord Bia Quality Assussred Pork.


The popularity of my 100% Irish, hand crafted
sausages and puddings continues to grow. You can
discover the full range at our own small master
butcher’s shop in Cashel Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

Our meats are also available at deli butchers and in
selected Dunnes Stores, nationwide. If you would
rather, they can also be ordered for home delivery
